The Mayo Clinic Alumni Association is pleased to offer these fine products for your memorabilia and special gift needs. All items are on display and may be purchased from the Mayo Clinic Alumni Center in the Siebens Building, fifth floor or orders may be mailed or faxed. Complete ordering and shipping information is provided on the order form. You can also order by calling the Alumni Center office at 507-284-2317. A flat postage rate of $12.50 is charged for all orders, except those for lamps and chairs, which have shipping and handling charges based on destination.
