Craig Daniels, M.D., is associate chair of inpatient practice, Department of Medicine at Mayo Clinic Rochester
Craig Daniels, M.D. (I ’01, CI ’03, THDCC ’04), Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, is the new associate chair for the inpatient practice in the Department of Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. He also is an associate professor of medicine.
His leadership experience includes vice chair of the Hospital Practice Subcommittee, medical director of the Medical Critical Care Unit, a member of the Critical Care Independent Multidisciplinary Program executive team and chair of the Enterprise Sepsis Management Project.
He will be responsible for helping set strategic direction and overseeing operations of the department’s inpatient practice. He succeeds William Mundell, M.D. (ARM ’99), who served in this role for the past five years.
