Shigao Chen, Ph.D. (BPHY ’02, PHYS ’04), Department of Radiology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received an NIH/National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases Federal Award to fund his grant, “Shear wave elastography of myofascial trigger points using a compact scanner.”

Dr. Chen is an associate professor of biomedical engineering.
