Richard Deremee, M.D. (I ’66), Emeriti Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science and a 2013 Mayo Clinic Distinguished Alumni Award recipient, has written “From a Solitary Room: Stories and Essays.”
The book is a compilation of stories and essays mostly derived from the author’s extensive travels and experiences in his youth. They touch on religion, education and philosophical topics as well as art criticism.
