John Matulis III, D.O., is director for Mayo Clinic Office of Quality Improvement Scholarship

John Matulis III, D.O. (PCIM ’16), Division of Community Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, was named the Quality Academy director for the Office of Quality Improvement Scholarship. He is responsible for strategic leadership and direction of the Quality Academy initiative to advance and improve the quality and quantity of scholarly output related to quality improvement research across Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Matulis is a certified CMQ through the American Board of Medical Quality and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is an assistant professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
