Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education announces recipients of 2019 CLER awards

Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education announced recipients of the 2019 CLER awards. There are four award categories: quality improvement, patient safety, health care disparities and diversity. Nominations are submitted by any Mayo Clinic resident, fellow, faculty, education program coordinator or other employee with knowledge of a trainee’s contributions. Recipients are selected based on merit.

The CLER awards acknowledge trainees (residents and fellows) for leadership and contributions in these domains in recognition of the essential role they play in the success of Mayo’s education and clinical environments.
