Stephanie Starr, M.D., receives Mayo Clinic Diamond Quality Fellow Lifetime Achievement Award
Stephanie Starr, M.D. (PD ’00), Division of Community Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received the Mayo Clinic Diamond Quality Fellow Lifetime Achievement Award. Recipients are recognized for long-standing commitment to quality improvement.
Dr. Starr began her career at Mayo Clinic in 2000 and has made it her mission to educate others on quality improvement and high-value care, including the development of more than 30 U.S. academic medical center faculty members across as many institutions. In 2018, Dr. Starr was one of four faculty inductees into the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine inaugural class of the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
Dr. Starr is an associate professor of pediatrics in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
