Melissa Snyder, Ph.D., is chair, Mayo Clinic Division of Clinical Biochemistry and Immunology

Melissa Snyder, Ph.D. (BIOC ’98 RHEU ’02, CLCH ’07), is now chair of the Division of Clinical Biochemistry and Immunology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. She succeeds Alicia Algeciras-Schimnich, Ph.D. (IMM ’99, LABM ’00, CLCH ’08), who served in the role of Clinical Biochemistry and Immunology division chair since 2011.

Dr. Snyder is an associate professor of laboratory medicine and pathology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
