Jerry Chutkow, M.D. (N ’69)

Jerry Grant Chutkow passed away on July 10, 2022, with his family at his side.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Edith; children, Dawn, Cyanne, Mark, and William; grandchildren, Nicole, Matthew, Tate, Zane, Sam, Tessa, and Alex; and son and daughters-in-law, Michael, Sonja, and Polly.

His family draws comfort in believing that he is now with Melicent, the mother of his children, his brothers Arnold and Lee, and his parents, Sam and Yvette.

He lived a life surrounded by love.
