Peter Murray, M.D. (HAND ’93), associate dean, Mayo Clinic Florida

Peter Murray, M.D. (HAND ’93), chair, Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Florida, is associate dean of Maintenance of Certification (MOC) in Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development. In this role, Dr. Murray’s responsibilities include providing leadership for MCSCPD’s MOC strategic plan efforts, focusing on process improvements for claiming MOC credit, actively promoting MCSCPD MOC resources across the organization, and providing a national presence for Mayo Clinic related to American Board of Medical Specialties efforts. Dr. Murray is a professor of orthopedics in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
