Aman Anand, Ph.D. (RADO ’13), competed in the inaugural Scorpion Tank healthcare pitch competition, Mayo Clinic Arizona

Aman Anand, Ph.D. (RADO ’13), Department of Radiation Oncology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, competed in the inaugural Scorpion Tank healthcare pitch competition hosted by the Mayo Clinic and Arizona State University Alliance for Health Care. The competition brought entrepreneurs together to pitch ideas for new products and services. Dr. Anand’s project was Hoposphere, which uses virtual reality to make radiation therapy less daunting and more engaging for young patients and their families. Dr. Anand is an assistant professor of radiation oncology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
