Thorvardur “Thor” Halfdanarson, M.D. (HEMO ’07), Division of Medical Oncology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, was elected the 2023–2024 president of the North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (NANETS). Dr. Halfdanarson is a professor of oncology and associate professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
