George Pujalte, M.D. (FM ’14), chair of research, University of the Philippines Medical Alumni Society in America

George Pujalte, M.D. (FM ’14), has been appointed as a chair of research for the University of the Philippines Medical Alumni Society in America (UPMASA). UPMASA is a multispecialty organization consisting of graduates from the premier medical school in the Philippines. In this role, Dr. Pujalte will lead collaborative projects between institutions in the United States and the Philippines, support grant initiatives that benefit physicians, researchers and patients in both countries, and establish academic connections through teaching roles and mentoring opportunities.
