Fnu Shweta, M.B.B.S.

Fnu Shweta, M.B.B.S. (INFD ’21), is medical director of Practice Engagement for the Kern Center in Mayo Clinic Health System. In this role, Dr. Shweta will partner with Elizabeth Habermann, Ph.D. (HCDR ’12), interim scientific director of the Kern Center in Mayo Clinic Health System and the Robert D. and Patricia E. Kern Deputy Director of Research, to foster strong relationships with site practice leaders and identify and address gaps between site practice needs and Kern Center capabilities and capacity. Dr. Shweta is a consultant and assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases and chair of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program in Northwest Wisconsin (NWWI). She also co-leads strategic planning and growth for the Division of Infectious Diseases in NWWI and the practice redesign and transition leadership team in Southwest Wisconsin.
