There are two ways to pay your Mayo Clinic Alumni Association dues, depending on your affiliation and preferred payment method.

Paying by credit card?

Visit the My Dues page to select your membership option (annual, recurring, or lifetime) and complete your payment online.

Mayo Clinic-employed consultants using IRF funds?

If you would like your dues paid using available Individual Reimbursement Fund (IRF) dollars, please complete the form below. The Alumni Center will coordinate the payment process and provide receipts to you and any MAA(s) you designate for accounting and expense reporting purposes.
