About
Dr. Drozdowicz was raised in Connecticut and graduated from the University of Connecticut summa cum laude with a B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology. She went on to Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, where she proudly survived -30 degree winter days and also delivered the commencement address at graduation. She completed residency training in general psychiatry at Mount Sinai Hospital, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. She is now a fellow in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Yale Child Study Center. Dr. Drozdowicz has interests in leadership and administration, and she has previously been recognized as an American Psychiatric Association Leadership Fellow as well as the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Senior Resident Administrative Fellow. She plans to pursue a career as a clinician-educator, and she has specific interests in child psychiatry, couples/sex therapy, and the interface and medicine and the media.
