Alyx Porter Umphrey, M.D., named chair, Arizona Outpatient Practice Subcommittee, Mayo Clinic in Arizona

Alyx Porter Umphrey, M.D. (I1 ’04, N ’07, NONC ’08), Department of Neurology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, was named chair of the Arizona Outpatient Practice Subcommittee. She will advance the outpatient practice and oversee policies, practices, tools and best practices. She succeeds Jonathan Leighton, M.D., (GI ’94), Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.

Dr. Porter is an associate professor of neurology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
