Ammar Killu, M.B.B.S. (I ’13, CV ’16, CVAD ’18), Division of Heart Rhythm Services at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received a Mayo Clinic President’s Discovery Translation Program award. The program is an enterprisewide initiative that provides targeted resources at critical stages of product or service development and supports projects that hold promise for transformative advancement in quality, safety and efficacy of clinical care. Dr. Killu is principal investigator of “Pulsed Electrical Field Ablation of the Interventricular Septum in Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.” Dr. Killu is an assistant professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
