Ann Rusk, M.D. (THDC ’22), was a selected scholar, Mayo Clinic Arizona

Ann Rusk, M.D. (THDC ’22), Division of Critical Care Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, was selected to join the Kern Health Care Delivery Scholars Program in the Mayo Clinic Robert D. and Patricia E. Kern Center for the Science of Health Care Delivery. Scholars selected for this mentored, intensive, career-defining training experience are highly motivated trainees who want to devote a significant portion of their careers to health care delivery research while representing Mayo Clinic’s RICH TIES values. Her research project is “Respiratory Health Inequities in Indigenous North Americans: A Mixed Methods Study Addressing Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease Risk Factors and Advancing Individualized Medicine for Indigenous People.” Dr. Rusk is an assistant professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
