Bennett Childs, Ph.D., receives 2020 Edward C. Kendall Fellowship in Biochemistry award

Bennett Childs, Ph.D. (BMB ‘17), research fellow in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, is the 2020 Edward C. Kendall Fellowship in Biochemistry awardee for his project “Stabilization of Human Atheromas by Senolysis.” This competitive fellowship, which supports up to two years of research training in biochemistry, is intended to be a catalyst for selected individuals to obtain extramural funding and reach other career development milestones.
