Bryan Taylor, Ph.D., receives grant from Miami Heart Foundation
Bryan Taylor, Ph.D. (CV ’14), Department of Cardiovascular Disease at Mayo Clinic in Florida, was awarded a grant from the Miami Heart Foundation for his project “Exercise Training to Improve Pulmonary Haemodynamic and Right Ventricular Function in Heart Failure Patients with Pulmonary Hypertension.” The central aim of the project is to investigate whether structured exercise therapy (exercise training) improves cardiac and pulmonary hemodynamic function in heart failure patients who also have pulmonary hypertension.
