Christopher DeSimone, M.D., Ph.D., has project selected for funding by Minnesota Partnership for Biotechnology and Medical Genomics

Christopher DeSimone, M.D., Ph.D. (I ’13, CV ’18, CVEP ’19), Division of Heart Rhythm Services at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, had a project selected for funding by the Minnesota Partnership for Biotechnology and Medical Genomics. The project, “Novel Implementation of Spatiotemporal Mapping and Electroporation for the Treatment of Persistent Atrial Fibrillation,” was awarded $728,362 for a two-year period.

Dr. DeSimone is an associate professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
