Colin West, M.D., Ph.D., is inaugural assistant dean of Graduate Medical Education Scholarship

Colin West, M.D., Ph.D. (I ’03, CMR ’04), Division of General Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, is the inaugural assistant dean of Graduate Medical Education Scholarship. The role is responsible for supporting and improve GME scholarship across all Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education programs and Mayo Clinic sites.

Dr. West has a joint appointment in the Division of Biomedical Statistics. He is co-director for the Program on Physician Well-Being, Department of Medicine. Dr. West is a professor of biostatistics, medical education and medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
