Daniel Hurley, M.D., is president-elect of American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists
Daniel Hurley, M.D. (I ’83, ENDO ’86), Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism and Nutrition at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, was installed as president-elect of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE).
“I am honored to serve as president-elect of AACE,” he says. “This is a pivotal time in health care, and I’m looking forward to helping advance AACE’s mission and goals.”
He has served on numerous AACE committees and task forces and was most recently vice president of AACE and vice president and president of the Minnesota/Midwest chapter.
Dr. Hurley also is an assistant professor of medicine He completed his internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and joined the staff in 1986 after endocrine research training in bone and mineral metabolism.
