Derek Radisky, Ph.D., receives funding, Mayo Clinic Florida

Derek Radisky, Ph.D. (CBS ’05), chair, Department of Cancer Biology, Mayo Clinic in Florida, received a second year of funding for a collaborative breast cancer research project in the Mayo Clinic and Karolinska Institutet Collaborative Cancer Research Program for the project “Exploration of Fibroblasts as Biologically Relevant Biomarkers in Breast Benign Disease.” His partner is Arne Ostman, professor in molecular oncology, Karolinska Institutet. Dr. Radisky is professor of cancer biology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
