Eric Matteson, M.D. (RHEU ’89), received the Presidential Gold Medal from the American College of Rheumatology (ACR), the highest award granted by the ACR, at its annual conference in October. The award recognizes scientific achievements, organizational contributions and humanitarian efforts.
