Erica Wittwer, M.D., Ph.D. (ANES ’11, CANS ’12, CCMA ’13), Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received a grant from the Zoll Foundation for her research project “Telltale Ganglion Blockade for the Prevention of Atrial Fibrillation After Cardiac Surgery: A Randomized Placebo-controlled Trial.” Dr. Wittwer is an associate professor of anesthesiology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
