Felicity Enders, Ph.D. (QHS ’04), Department of Quantitative Health Sciences at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, is deputy director, Equity Inclusion and Diversity in the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center. She will work to enhance the diversity of the leaders, faculty members, staff and trainees of the Cancer Center and will work with leaders to ensure the development and success of pipeline programs that enhance the diversity of trainees at all levels and the success of diverse trainees in cancer medicine and science. She also will collaborate with Cancer Center and Community Outreach and Engagement leaders to ensure the diversity of patients Mayo Clinic servers and those engaged in research.
