Francis Whalen Jr., M.D. (PLM ’23), Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received the Physician Educator Award from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences’ Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Nurse Anesthesia Practice Program class of 2023. Dr. Whalen is an assistant professor of anesthesiology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
