George Pujalte, M.D. (FM ’03), Department of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Florida, provided medical coverage for the USA Taekwondo Para and Olympic teams at the 2023 World Taekwondo Grand Prix in Paris, France. One of the Para athletes won a silver medal, and an Olympic team athlete won a bronze medal. Dr. Pujalte is an associate professor of family medicine and orthopedics in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
