Ian Lanza, Ph.D. (CTSA ’13), associate director, Mayo Clinic Arizona

Ian Lanza, Ph.D. (CTSA ’13), Division of Cardiovascular Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, is associate director of the Mayo Clinic KL2 Mentored Career Development Program. He will support overall program direction, management and evaluation as well as recruitment, selection and support of KL2 Scholars. KL2 is a three-year research program funded by an NIH grant to CCaTS that is designed to guide scholars toward independent clinical research careers. Dr. Lanza is an assistant professor of surgery in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
