Jennifer Horn, M.D., is regional chair of clinical practice, Southeast Minnesota, Mayo Clinic Health System

Jennifer Horn, M.D. (MED ’92, FM ’95), Department of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, was named regional chair of clinical practice for Southeast Minnesota. Dr. Horn will oversee all aspects of the practice in Southeast Minnesota and will serve as chair of Southeast Minnesota Clinic Practice Committee. Dr. Horn succeeds Deepi Goyal, M.D. (EM ’99).

Dr. Horn is an assistant professor of family medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
