Jonathan Flug, M.D.

Jonathan Flug, M.D. (R-D ’17), has been appointed as the new chair of the Mayo Clinic Arizona Mortality Review Subcommittee. He succeeds Nandita Khera, M.D. (HEMO ’11), who is taking on a new enterprise role as vice chair for the Mayo Clinic Therapeutics Strategy Subcommittee, and Umesh Sharma, M.D. (HIM ’11), who has been interim chair since August. Dr. Flug is a consultant in the Division of Musculoskeletal Radiology and a professor of radiology. Dr. Flug supports Quality and patient safety as a facilitator for Root Cause Analysis and is a member of the Patient Safety Incident Review Group.
