Jonathan Morrison, M.B., Ch.B., Ph.D. (VASS ’23), Division of Vascular Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received a Mayo Clinic Office of Translation to Practice Innovation Accelerator Award for the project “Vascular Isolation and Perfusion for Enteric Rescue (VIPER).” The Innovation Accelerator Award program supports projects that aim to develop new technologies with commercialization potential, such as medical devices, diagnostics, therapeutics, small-molecule drug discovery, healthcare information technology, or other human health innovations, including practice initiatives.
