Joseph Maleszewski, M.D., named the assistant dean of Curriculum, Mayo Clinic School of Medicine

Joseph Maleszewski, M.D. (CPATH ’10, MGP ’14), was named the assistant dean of Curriculum in Mayo Clinic School of Medicine.

He will serve as a member of the Academic Affairs Executive Committee and will chair the Curriculum Committee. He will lead the Curriculum Integration sub-committee to ensure horizontal and vertical integration of curriculum content. Other duties will include approving curriculum templates, student schedules, and curriculum policies and procedures.

Dr. Maleszewski is a consultant with joint appointments in the Division of Anatomic Pathology, Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Division of Clinical Biochemistry and Immunology, and Department of Clinical Genomics at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. He is a professor of laboratory medicine, pathology and medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
