Kannan Ramar, M.B.B.S., M.D., is named director, Clinical Learning Environment Optimization, Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education

Kannan Ramar, M.B.B.S., M.D. (THDCC ’06), Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, was named director of Clinical Learning Environment Optimization for Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education. This position focuses on developing a framework for prioritizing and implementing the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education Clinical Learning Environment Review Pathways to Excellence across all of the school’s programs.

Dr. Ramar is a professor of Medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
