Kerstin Wenzl, Ph.D.

Kerstin Wenzl, Ph.D. (HEM ’17), a research fellow in the Division of Hematology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received a Lymphoma Specialized Program of Research Excellence (SPORE) Developmental Research Program award for her project “SOCS6: a Novel Tumor Suppressor in Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma.”

These awards support innovative, scientifically sound research projects from which findings can be translated into clinical relevant interventions that will reduce the burden of lymphoma.
