Konstantinos Lazaridis, M.D.

Konstantinos Lazaridis, M.D. (I ’96, GI ’00), has received a named professorship from Mayo Clinic’s Named Professorship Committee. Dr. Lazaridis is now the Ting Tsung and Wei Fong Chao Professor of Individualized Medicine Research. Dr. Lazaridis is also a consultant in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, the Carlson and Nelson Endowed Executive Director of the Mayo Clinic Center for Individualized Medicine, and a professor of medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. Named professorships are the highest academic distinction for staff members at Mayo Clinic and represent the pinnacle of medical achievement and excellence for Mayo Clinic physicians and scientists.
