LaPrincess Brewer, M.D., receives American College of Physicians Minnesota Chapter 2017 Minnesota Volunteerism Award

LaPrincess Brewer, M.D., Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received the 2017 Minnesota Volunteerism Award from the American College of Physicians’ Minnesota Chapter. The award recognizes Dr. Brewer’s years of service for community health and her extensive hands-on volunteer activities with underserved neighborhoods, faith-based communities and agencies serving minority populations.

Dr. Brewer also is an assistant professor of medicine in the  Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
