Laura Breeher, M.D. 

Laura Breeher, M.D. (PREV ’13), has been selected as the medical director for the newly established Rochester Employee Well-Being Committee at Mayo Clinic. In this role, Dr. Breeher will report to the Midwest Clinical Practice Committee and partner with Eric Cleveland to advance belonging, joy and overall well-being for Mayo Clinic in Rochester staff. They will collaborate with Colin West, M.D., Ph.D. (I ’03, CMR ’04), chair, and Kaisa Wieneke, secretary of the Enterprise Committee for Employee Well-Being, along with regional leaders to further enterprise goals and build upon Mayo Clinic’s shared well-being framework. Dr. Breeher has been the medical director of Employee Occupational Health Services in Rochester since 2019 and chairs the enterprise Employee Occupational Health Services Specialty Council.
