Leland Hu, M.D. (RD ’08), received a 2023 Collaborative Research Seed Grant Program

Leland Hu, M.D. (RD ’08), Department of Radiology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, received a 2023 Collaborative Research Seed Grant Program in the Mayo Clinic and Arizona State University Alliance for Health Care for the project “Conductivity Tensor Imaging to Characterize the Neuronal Mechanisms of Brain Invasion in High-Grade Glioma (HGG).” With the goal of advancing research, improving patient care and reshaping medical education, the alliance’s seed grant program provides fertile ground for research on a small scale, with the potential to attract funding for larger studies that can significantly improve patient care. Dr. Hu is an associate professor of radiology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
