Linda A. Ward, M.D., recognized with Mayo Clinic Karis Award

Linda A. Ward, M.D. (I ’76), Mayo Clinic Emeriti Staff, was recognized with a Karis Award in recognition for living out the Mayo Clinic values in an extraordinary way. A nominator said: “As our team discusses options of how to orchestrate things in our practice, Dr. Ward is the one who will often remind us of what this means to the patient or how the patient may be impacted. She is an excellent example of how to focus on the patient’s needs.”

Dr. Ward is an assistant professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
