Luis Scott, M.D. (CV ’02), was selected as the chair of the Mayo Clinic in Arizona Department of Cardiovascular Diseases.
Dr. Scott joined Mayo Clinic in 2002 and introduced the Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship Program and the Heart Rhythm Services in Arizona. He is chair of the Cardiology Outpatient Practice.
Dr. Scott succeeds Win-Kuang Shen, M.D. (I ’86, CV ’90, CVEP ’91), who served as chair of the department since 2011.
Dr. Scott is an associate professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
