Lyell Jones Jr., M.D., receives Parker J. Palmer Courage to Teach Award from ACGME

Lyell Jones Jr., M.D. (I1 ’01, N ’04, NEMG ’05), Department of Neurology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received a 2019 Parker J. Palmer Courage to Teach Award from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The award recognizes program directors who have fostered innovation and improvement in residency programs and served as exemplary role models for residents.

Dr. Jones is an associate professor of neurology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
