Marie Grill, M.D., receives Mayo Clinic Investment for Extramural Grants Award (MEGA)

Marie Grill, M.D. (N ‘13), Department of Neurology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, received a Mayo Clinic Investment for Extramural Grants Award (MEGA) from the Mayo Clinic Clinical Research Subcommittee and the Research Operations Management Team in Arizona. Dr. Grill’s project is “Cerebrospinal Fluid Proteomic, Metabolomic, and Cytokine Profiles in Infectious and Inflammatory Disorders of the Central Nervous System.”

The program provides intramural pilot support to junior faculty on the Arizona campus who plan to pursue subsequent funding through competitive extramural mechanisms.

Dr. Grill is an assistant professor of neurology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
