Matthew Sexton, M.D., is now medical director, Medical/Surgical/Transplant ICU, Mayo Clinic in Rochester

Matthew Sexton, M.D. (I ’15, ANES ’18, CCMA ’19), Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, is now medical director of the Medical/Surgical/Transplant ICU. He succeeds David Wetzel, M.D. (I1 ’11, ANES ’14, CCMA ’15).

Dr. Sexton is an assistant professor of anesthesiology and perioperative medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
