Katherine A. Campbell, Ph.D. (MPET ’15, I ’16), Division of General Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received a Regenerative Medicine Minnesota 2016 Education Award for Innovative Minds Partnering to Advance Curative Therapies (IMPACT), an innovative program that challenges undergraduate student teams from around the state to solve real-world medical challenges. Students gain experience in research and scientific theory while exploring the potential of regenerative medicine. Regenerative Medicine Minnesota is a state-sponsored initiative to advance regenerative medicine.
