Megan Allyse, Ph.D., receives Developmental Research Program award, Mayo Clinic Cancer Center Women’s Cancer Program and Breast Cancer and Ovarian Cancer SPOREs

Megan Allyse, Ph.D. (HSR ’15), Department of Health Sciences Research at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received a 2020-2021 Developmental Research Program award from the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center Women’s Cancer Program and Breast Cancer and Ovarian Cancer SPOREs. Dr. Allyse was recognized for her project “ADVANCE: ADdressing Views of African AmericaNs on CancEr Screening.” The duration of the award is for one year with the potential for a second year based on demonstration of satisfactory progress.

Dr. Allyse is an assistant professor of biomedical ethics in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
