Michael Ackerman, M.D., Ph.D., receives Heart Rhythm Society Distinguished Scientist Award

Michael Ackerman, M.D., Ph.D. (MDPH ’95, PHAR ’95, PD ’98 PDC ’00), Division of Pediatric Cardiology, Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, Mayo Clinic in Rochester, was selected to receive the Heart Rhythm Society’s Distinguished Scientist Award. He will be honored at Heart Rhythm 2018 in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Ackerman is a professor of medicine, pediatrics and pharmacology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
