Michael Camilleri, M.D., receives Julius Friedenwald Medal from American Gastroenterological Association

Michael Camilleri, M.D. (GI ’88), the Atherton and Winifred W. Bean Professor, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received the Julius Friedenwald Medal from the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) — the group’s highest honor. Dr. Camilleri received the award for his lifelong commitment to gastroenterology.
